Today I received a copy of Archie's actual letter to
Paulson Gaming Manufacturing.
Archie introduces himself as Immediate Past
President and founder of our club with mentioning
total membership and reminding Paulson that we are
collectors, purchasers and "end-users" of their
products.
Archie continues by voicing his "extreme
displeasure" of Paulson's policy regarding their
manufacture of chips that closely resemble actual
chips that have been used in existing or closed
casinos, and the retailing of them "which would
deceive novice collectors and other unsuspecting
purchasers" as actual chips from genuine casinos.
In regard to the most recent fake Cuban casino chips
manufactured by Paulson, Archie refers to the
Foxey's Firehous chips fakes they made several years
ago and mentions that the late Mr. Endy withdrew
those chips from their stores and our hobby was
enriched because of his commitment to common ethics
and fairness. Archie mentions: "Unfortunately, Mr.
Ensy is no longer with us to put a stop to this most
recent abuse regarding these Cuban issues which are
now flooding the market and fleecing our club
members or would-be potential club memcers."
Archie respectfully asks and urges Paulson to review
their company policy with respect to future chip
designs that will be manufactured by them, and asks
them to stop and think of the repercussions in our
hobby that their actions would have on producing
"bogus and deceiving" chips that represent older,
obsolete casino chips.

We thank you, Archie, for being there, again, when
we needed you the most.
