I found an auction on eBay for a .25¢ chip from Frank's Museum Saloon in Carson City, NV. I can't find this chip or Casino listed in either the Chip Rack #8 or in James' book. Anyone know anything about this chip? Below is a link to the auction and the picture of the chip.
