The examples I've cited in my post above were based on my experience with the club during my terms of office and may or may not reflect the terms of the contract written with Riviera.

My point is/was that ease of convenience in staying at the convention hotel has much value that can not be measured in how much the convention hotel room cost vs. other properties in town.
