Yes, from reading the code (and I could be wrong) you have included an image using the [ PIC] command and not using the
Optional Image URL:box at the bottom.
If you already had an icon in that box, like a cute little guy typing 
it would always show a picture as attached, and then the added image would show in the message itself.
Anyway... if the software sees an image link in the box "Optional Image URL:" it adds the little camera icon. If the picture is added with the [ pic] command, it doesn't show the little camera.
