I believe that the primary purpose casino's produce LE chips is NOT for collectors, but for marketing and also for celebration of events.

Anyone who has taken a high school business class knows that there is one reason and one reason only to be in business, to make money. I believe that Mr. Polansky is into chip collecting for the same reason. The reason that Mr. Polansky objects to the large number of LE's is that there will be no money to be made. Who cares if the Four Queens wants to make a chip for Leap Year day, or if Harrah's wants to make 12 chip sets for Xmas, or if the Palms wants to make 15 chip sets for Playboy twice. If you do not want them, do not buy them. Please do not try and discourage in any way one of the biggest supporters(and active member's) of our hobby.
