OK, one last time for an explanation.

When I bid on something EBAY immediately posts my bid, even if my TOP $ amount is way up there it just bids incrementally for me. If my TOP $ amount is the eventual winner my bids show up here and there in the string with me at the top.

How can you enter a bid that eventually wins and NOT have EBAY put in the amount of your bid just above the next lowest bidder. This is driving me crazy! If you see the bid list shouldn't the winning bidder have appeared somewhere after 11/20/03 as well as at the top because their maximum was higher than mine?
