I made some phone calls to Sycuan and this is what I was told:
What was issued was a keychain.
It was a NCV 20th anv. chip, that was drilled for the chain.
It looks somewhat like the Sycuan 20th. anv. logo as shown on the Sycuan web site at:

However my contact said it looked more like the current $1 chip, see CG10025 at
http://www.chipguide.com/cgi-bin/search/search.cgi?id=caecsc
That may mean it has a rim ?
My contact says they have none left and gave out thousands ! I ask for a number from several people and got 1000, 5000 or 10,000 so I have no firm number.
I will continue to try to get more info and try to get an example to scan.
