Between the Airport and Chula Vista the only thing is a small Card Room, the Village Club in Chula Vista.
Two other small Card Rooms Palomar and Lucky Lady are near I805 in midtown San Diego about 10 miles from the Airport
The one big Card Room Oceans 11 is on I5 in Oceanside about 30 miles North of the Airport.

All the Indian Casinos are "out of town".
Sycuan, Viejas, Barona are East on or near I8 about 20-30 miles. Golden Acorn is about 30 miles on out I8 past Viejas.
The rest are off I15 North at Hwy 76, this includes Pala, Pauma, Harrah's Rincon & Valley View, they are about 45 miles North of the Airport and located in about a 30 to 40 mile loop off the I15. Pechanga is also in that area off I15 up North another 10 miles.
The Card Rooms have table games thus chips only.
The Indian Casinos have table games and slots so have chips & tokens.
