... I used the phrase, "just like a Zippo", in an Ebay auction for another brand of cigarette lighter. Ebay cancelled my auction too. The worst part was that they waited until the last day. They did, however, refund all listing fees. My wife asked her boss (a very big deal lawyer) about this practice. His opinion was that ebay doesn't have a legal leg to stand on. He was specifically refering to my auction. But who would sue over a $10 ebay auction?

I chaulked it up to lessons learned. A relatively cheap lesson learned.
