Obviously you've got a problem.

But reading your post did make me wonder how many of the "lost" packages were do to improper packaging. I'd wager half of all lost chip packages are do to poor packing (chips sent in white envelopes, chips allowed to roam free inside mailers, mailers not securely sealed, etc)
