Recently I decided that it was time to get rid of my Hard Rock collection.
I'm rather disgusted with their chip issuing policy as they continue to play games. They create artificial rarities and make it difficult for collectors to keep their collections current without mortgaging their homes.

I have noted what appears to be a rather dramatic drop in prices on many of their chips to include some of the "better" chips.

This morning, I looked at ebay and note that there are 430 auctions involving HR chips.
To my recollection this is quite high compared to what I have seen in the past.

Many of the more common chips that sold for a few bucks over face even have difficulty getting bids when sold at redeemable value.

Is it my imagination or are the HR collectors finally saying ENOUGH.

Maybe its the economy, maybe Christmas is getting close and money is tight. Maybe it's a host people just saying enough.
