I don't see this 25 in The Chip Rack. It's good for a $25 dinner at the Palm Restgaurant in the Forum Shops at Caesars. The 2 and 5 NCV's are listed, but they are called "lunch chips". This is an oversize (48 mm) Chipco. I have no extras.

Not sure how you get these. Caesars won't comp for restaurants in the Forum Shops area so maybe this is what they give you instead?
