This is confusing and still unclear to me. At the Washington State Gambling Commission site, this location is not listed with the rest of the tribal casinos.

They do however list the other two Puyallip locations.

But, at the National Indian Gaming Commission site, there are 3 locations listed for Puyallip's and BJ's is one of them.

Then, at BJ's own web site, not only is there no hint of tribal involvement anywhere on the site, this page states that they are "family owned and operated".

How do we go about deciding which is fact and which is fiction? I've emailed the State and BJ's both and asked if they are a tribal operation or not.
