Idle Hour Club could be from Vegas. TGT says there was such a club that was at "Block 17, an African-American Club" that opened in 1934. That would be consistent with the mold which is called tri-bal or three dots and a dash. Mold was used from 1929 to 1939 and originated with Joe Trybal Sporting Goods, St. Louis.
