Otherwise, sorry Ron, you are mixing issues.
I collect Fantasy and Fake chips, but NOT the ones from RTL plastics or from people who just make them to confuse collectors.
Personally the House issues are touted as being real drink chips, which I'd like to see proven. I'd be doubt if many of the Houses use the chips for anything, have a gift shop or any legit use for them.
Slabbing has to do with grading, encasing, and authentication of chips.
If you want you can make a Ron Clewell "World's Greatest Poker Player" $100 chip and no one would object. I can make a Pete's Palace (my mythical casino) with denominations.
But if I try to sell my chip as coming from a real casino, you'll find the hammer coming down hard.
Personally I think the creative fantasy chips, do nothing but create confusion. At $5.55 a chip, I hope there aren't many takers, being taken.
