This is not a hard issue to understand at all.

"Our Club" is not selling any chips ... individual members are. These chips are sold as "fantasy" chips ... no different than if they were purchased off the shelf at Paulson's.

Don't confuse slabbing with producing fantasy chips. "The club" has taken a position that slabbed chips are not allowed to be sold at the annual convention. "The club" has not said that it was improper for club members to purchase slabbed chips. Quite the contrary. Club members are free to collect anything they wish.

If collectors wish to purchase fantasy chips ... I don't think "the club" is about to take the position that members can't buy them ... or that members can't manufacture them. They are merely souvenirs.

The bottom line is; Club members need to educate themselves as to what is real and what is not.
