This chip appears to be of the same series as the Pretty Lady chips used on the tables at Diamonds on St Maarten in the Caribbean. Pollack's book shows designs for the 1, 2.50, 5, and 25 but doesn't show this no-value chip (same on both sides). Any info on it appreciated. Could be just an evaluation sample. I've always liked these designs!
