I see that entry in Fuller's Index... also. Googled it, looked in Scarne, Kling, Smith, Mandel and Time/Life. Guides, encyclopedias, ographies both bio and auto...no sucha thang. Probably a big ol' typo. Probably the crossroader who applied for the license.
