Under Tools/Message Rules/Mail you could write a rule that would move all the messages from people selected from your address book from the Inbox to a different folder - leaving mail form anyone not included in the Inbox. However, this rule would have to be modified any time you added someone to your Address Book - there doesn't appear to be a way to say "anyone in my Address Book". When writing the "rule" and you click on "Contains People" just click the "Address Book" and then select all by clicking the first entry and then doing a Shift-Click on the last entry and then clicking the "Add" button.
