Low blow ... cheap shot?

Ralph does not personally mail out the magazines. The professional printing house located out of state (Michigan?) delivers the magazines to a nearby commercial mailing service to do the actual mailing. Ralph supplies the mailing lables or a computer disk with the membership data.

The addresses of the membership are only as accurate as the membership reports changes to the Membership Secretary. It's been that way for 15 years now.
