While in LV, I had to go there several times as they kept delaying the opening time. Eventually it was scheduled for midday last Friday. I turned up at 1 o'clock only to be informed that the Gaming Board was still refusing the licence. I went to the cage who happily sold me 150 chips. The pit-boss was absolutely furious and suggested I had best not return.

On the previous evening, having been apprehended whilst walking round the un-opened gaming area by someone purporting to be the owner, I was advised that a name change for the casino was on the cards anyway as no-one would ever remember this one!
