Can any one tell me who is the manufacturer of the Sunburst mold? Is it a Paulson mold?

I saw the Aladdin Halloween is in the Sunburst mold. I was wondering why they would switch their mold from the house mold (what all their other LE's are in) to the Sunburst mold? Wouldn't it cost more to switch molds for one series of LE's?
