No Rick, it doesn't bode well, does it? A few of the dealers told me that there was quite a bit of dissatifaction with the new set-up among the former Harrah's employees. The TV news inferred that it may have been an "inside job" involving Harrah's employees that were not offered positions with the Horizon. Guess that they'll take their own severance pay, eh? Vicksburg police remain tight-lipped.
