I'm a little confused about the 4Q Halloween 2003 release. I've seen some on ebay and I can't tell the difference between the 2003 and the 2002s I have. Mr. Sone mentioned the "single zero", but my 2000s and 2002s all have just a single zero. Did 4Q release the same check as they did in 2002(?) or am I not seeing some subtle difference. If there's no recognizable difference between 2002 & 2003, then they have in essence doubled the mintage without changing what it says on the check. ??????
