is that that while, yes, it's technically possible for someone to pirate the data, don't you think that someone with that kind of sophisticated pirating skill will have bigger fish to catch than the TCR?
Who would waste that kind of effort on stealing a book that has a few thousand potential buyers when they could be pirating - say - bank databases? Anyone smart enough to pull something like that off would be smart enough to find a more valuable commodity to pirate.
Also, the site I propose would be fully searchable based on any criteria, just like you suggest. Want all Las Vegas $1 chips? Can do. Want all Hard Rock chips? Can do. Pretty much any reasonable query could be accommodated.
