I have the same complaints about ebay. I have built a query that cuts out about 90% of the non-casino type chips.

I created a search starting at the chips category and in the "advanced search" exclude the words:

(case, set, 11.5, kit, vintage, 300+, bakelite, 11.5g, table, pieces, holdem, frame, AIR-TITE)
