I don't even see ebay.com in that address. As I recall the link that I did get was clearly addressed http://www.ebay.com/........ and then other routing information.

OK, MY BAD. Reading back for the Suspension Notice I noticed that eBay didn't send me a link in the email. Just a letter addressed from Safe Harbor. They did tell me in the email to simply reply to it for assistance. I didn't respond to it, I just went to ebay.com and navigated through to Safe Harbor to try and email them that way. At the time I was uncertain if the mail was authentic.

It was when I clicked on "My Ebay" to check for some activity on my account that I got a pop-up that stated that my account had been suspended. That must be where I got the link that directed me to an eBay page.

So, I would again say, I would expect that it is fake.
