I felt it was unfair to focus unconstructive dialog towards Pete's privacy policy given the circumstances. Again, within the boundaries of normal business practices, I agree with you. However, this clearly does not appear to be a normal business transaction - thus the privacy policy should be null & void for this person. Although Pete did practice anonymity for the person, I would not have.
