First off, your website is one of the best chip sites on the web, both in terms of product offering, educational resources, and professional web construction.

Secondly, this guy is an idiot to think that he can return chips after 7 months. I agree with him though, that if the chips were of lesser grade than what was advertised, then you should take them back, but not after 7 months.

Third, what appears to be bothering this person the most is the large find of these 50 cent chips. Hey, it's not like he bought a $1000 chip and now it's worthless. Who is really to say that your $19 price, still doesn't hold true after the large find?
