They person had them for 6 months. How could he complain after that long? Im sure he saw the condition of the chips the same day he got them in the mail. I think Pete has a very good return policy, but I would never take something back after 6 months. I think Pete is a "Stand Up" guy in all his dealings.

I thing the value went down on the chips he bought and now he is looking for a way to get a refund. I once bought a chip for $150 off a user of this board. (It was not Pete) The value is now $39. Thats that way Casino Chips are. On the the other hand I bought a Casino Chip for $25 once and sold it for $700. Its a great thing this Casino Chip hobby.
