Roy - Most of the manufacurers issued chips with generic symbols that were considered to be good luck designs. These included a large number of hex symbols, popular things like stars and before WW2 even the swastika. The hat and cane chips with the reproductions of these types of symbols were made for generic roulette purposes by Paul-son. They followed the traditional designs.
