I have see some similar inlay designs on old crest and seal chips and hub mold chips, but this the first one I've seen with the same design on an inlaid generic chip and on a hat and cane chip. Who made this hat and cane chip and are these generic designs available for any chip manufacturer to use? Would this H&C chip be from a casino? Any help would be appreciated.
