You should see the one Larry Trapp has in his basement. He had a little "operator error" in the execution but basically it is like a sunburst with the whole surface of the table machined out to accept chips and the a clear cover placed on top to protect them. And, my God, you will never see so many rare and one of a kind illegal chips anywhere else. I sure wish I had a picture to show because it is incredible.
