I was on this boat when it was in Windsor and did not like it very much. It was really crowded and had poor ventilation. I could not have breathed in more smoke if I had been smoking 10 cigarettes at a time. Sounds like they will upgrade the boat for this new casino. When it opens, I will need the chips.
