I received the following reply from the seller of these three eBay auctions:

This is the second time I have received a favorable response from this seller and the second time he has taken prompt action to correct a problem ... in each case, simply ending the auctions. Absent evidence otherwise, I believe him to be a "secondary" seller of these things, as you suspected would occur.

One point regarding the Hobby Protection Act, which I have mentioned before, but which bears repeating. It does NOT apply to casino chips. We have no protection whatsoever under the current law. Manufacturers can do anything they want in the way of reproductions. If we want protection, we're going to have to fight for it in Congress. ----- jim o\-S
