Unfortunetly, I can't tell you much about it. I think it is old as it is a plain mold.
I normally record when, where, and how I got a chip. I did not do it on this one.
The only thing I have on it, is someone gave it to me. I did not record "who" as I usually do. It is the only one I have or have ever seen. Maybe someone else on the board has one and will know more.
