Picked up a bunch of notched chips a while back.
DeVille chips are in TCR, made in the 1970's, so I guess they are out there. I don't have un-notched ones.
TCR says the casino never opened.
Are these the Fantasy chips of the 70's?
Wouldn't they be the same as the Winners Circle chips?
