I believe Bob Gabel told a story a while back about a lady getting busted at the Imperial Palace. We got lawyers that surely know the law better than me, but I would be very surprised if there are any local, state or federal laws against leaving a casino with roulette chips in your pocket. If they did, I think it would have to be posted pretty clearly, since some chips CAN be bought and taken home. The casino, however, has the right to refuse service to anyone, and can bar you for not playing by "the rules."

Reintroducing chips at the wrong value most likely IS a prosecutable crime.
