It's near our house in Summerlin. It opened as The Resort at Summerlin. Experiencing financial problems it then became The Regent. Still with difficulties it is now The Rampart and is located on a street called Rampart. It is still open! The casino is separately owned. The hotel portion was purchased by J. W. Mariott.
