The C/W has this note: "After the Lotus Inn closed, all of these pieces were destroyed except for two pairs of chips saved from extermination by a souvenir-seeking security guard. Thse two $25 chips are the only ones known. A few more $5's exist due to customers/collectors walking out with them beforehand. Lotus Inn was located on the Strip north of Sahara Avenue along with Sambo's."
