That's an excellent suggestion about a Puerto Rico departure, Bob. With the right cruise out of San Juan, as many as six islands in the southern Caribbian wouldn't be any problem at all. I've been as far south as Grenada from S.J. I really don't think cost is important, either, as where can one buy room, board, transportation and entertainment for less than $100 per day including all port tax. My only suggestion would to first have a "survey" with three or four differnt dates. Also, most cruises are at bargains during the early Spring (repositioning)) time.
