PayPal has helped me fund my Chip Addiction! Actually, I've been a PayPal Premier Member for 3 years now. I don't just use it for or auctions either. I've lent money to family, paid bills, bought items online at stores, and collected a debt from a friend who never had cash to pay me back, but had a Credit Card!

I've never had a problem with PayPal, even though they double-dipped me once. I then realized that the double-dip was actually my fault! The seller refunded my overage happily!

The real problem I've had has been with the USPS! In the 6 years that I've lived in Worcester, Massachusetts (the second largest city in Massachusetts) the Worcester USPS has lost no fewer than 12 letters/payments/cards/bills! It seems to happen in cycles though! My neighboor who works for the USPS said the cycles seem to happen when the students are going back to school.

I recently had to Overnight a Postal Money Order to a member who sold me a chip on *ebay* after the USPS lost 2, YES TWO, checks sent to him!
