I have a personal PayPal account. I use it a lot for small transactions. Having a Personal account, I don't get envolved with credit card-funded transactions, and I am glad for that because of the problem with chargebacks and things mentioned at these two sites (the second site below, you have to scroll down a ways to see the text, and wait for it all to download):
