Does anyone know the story of these chips? I see them on E-Bay, and I know they are obselete (no longer cashable), but how did they get released? I thought chips were destroyed when the boats change them or go out of bussiness. What is a fair price for these used chips (to use as home poker chips)? Should I pay more for the higher demominations?
