There has never been an Indian Casino in Deadwood, as Deadwood isn't on an Indian Reservation. I have no knowledge of a place by that name there either. It maybe a corporate name for one of the places. For example the Gold Dust in Deadwood is "Full House, Inc."

If some in the know chipper doesn't fill you in, I have people in Deadwood that may know.
