I know the scan is a little on the small size but I hope someone out there can tell me about this chip and its value.

It's from Monaco, this much I know. Lettering says "Societe Des Bains Se Mer" The 3 circles (apx 10mm each are translucent and will let light through. One is clear, one green and one red.
