Any member can vote on the OTY awards. It's true you have to nominate at least one (chip,token,strike,card/key) before you get a final vote. But, any member that makes the effort to fill out and send the forms is eligible.

If I remember correctly, there were only about 175 of us who took the time to do this.

All forms and instructions are in the club magazine well ahead of time.
