From what I have gather over the years by looking at various website and posts on The Chipboard for the most part Las Vegas casino chips from the 40's & 50's were almost always hot stamps (Please correct me if I am wrong about this). When did the casinos start the transition from using hot stamp chips for all of their denominations to what is now considered the modern day chips such as those by Paul-Son, Chipco etc...
