I am at the office and do not have the Blue Book or other sources available nor the 9th TCR. The 8th ed. simply lists the place without location and says the chip is "attributed" to it. Strange that even a joint would use a plane chip though there is a $10 sqsqdiam mold chip also attributed to it.
