This is meant constructively, Bob. And you're not the only one who does this.

But, I hate for someone to say, "make me an offer". When I see a chip (or anything for that matter) that I like, but have no idea what the value might be, I hesitate making an offer or make no offer at all. My feeling is that I may insult or offend the seller by making a rediculously low offer. I would much rather they state what the minimum amount is that they will accept. Then I can deciede if the item is worth it to me.
